Jackies Snacks
A new food product in Czechia and Slovakia
- Challenge
- Introduce premium jackfruit, a plant-based alternative almost unknown in Czech and Slovak kitchens.
- What I did
- I lead sales, strategy and partnerships, and together with our suppliers we secured exclusive rights for Czechia and Slovakia.
- Outcome
- Restaurants in two countries now serve jackfruit, and canned jackfruit and snacks sell through our e-shop.
Beta Property I
US rental real estate run from abroad
- Challenge
- Buy and manage US rental property for an investor without them being in the US.
- What I did
- I set up the US company and sourced undervalued properties in Illinois and Florida; together with local vendors we have run long- and short-term rentals ever since: tenants, revenue and reporting to the investor.
- Outcome
- Properties purchased and managed continuously since 2012.
Asociace podnikavé Česko
Entrepreneurship in Czech education
- Challenge
- Embed entrepreneurship as a core competency in the Czech education system, in policy and in schools.
- What I did
- I co-founded the association together with the first members: we drafted the founding documents, secured funding and built the team and the strategy.
- Outcome
- I was the founding president (2022–2026), and today I sit on the supervisory board.
MAXP
EU-funded career platform for teenagers
- Challenge
- Help young people explore careers and entrepreneurial skills before they make big education decisions.
- What I did
- I assembled an international team, and together we secured EU co-funding; I led the implementation, including budgeting.
- Outcome
- The EU-funded platform for teenagers is run today by Nadační fond vzdělávání a podnikání.

What I enjoy most about business is getting involved and making things happen: starting new projects and working with people who want to build something of their own. That has taken me from small companies in Czechia to the US and, more recently, to startups and investments in Africa. If you are hiring in the US, I am used to getting involved hands on, whether it is sales, partnerships or operations. If you run a small business anywhere in the world, I would be glad to help you build it. I also care about entrepreneurship among young people: I started the student competition Soutěž & Podnikej (handover in 2023), helped found Nadační fond vzdělávání a podnikání and Asociace podnikavé Česko, where I now sit on the supervisory board. I live in Bloomington, Illinois and work across Czechia, the US and Africa.
I believe every young person should have the chance to try out their ideas, take responsibility, and experience what it means to create something of their own.
