I believe real impact comes from addressing the root causes of challenges, not just treating the symptoms. My work in the non-profit sector focuses on creating systemic change in education by embedding entrepreneurship as a core life competency within the Czech Republic’s educational system — both at the policy level in national strategy documents and in practical implementation at the school level.

Entrepreneurship, as I see it, is more than starting a business — it’s about solving problems, taking initiative, and transforming ideas into tangible solutions that benefit society. My goal is to shape policies, frameworks, and programs that go beyond surface-level fixes, helping individuals and institutions incorporate the EntreComp framework into their work and everyday lives.
